Q: WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS? - WHERE IS THE SHOP LOCATED?
We're located in Unit 27B Fairgreen Shopping Centre, Barrack Street ,Carlow R93AH. Our number is 0599133390
The shop is open from 10am - 5pm - Monday to Saturday.
Q: WHAT SIZES DO YOU GO UP TO?
Most styles go up to Size 16 only, but we do keep an eye out for larger ranges and grab those Size 18s when they're available.
Available Sizes are listed in the - Select SIZE - drop down menu on each product listing on the website.
They go fast though... so do keep an eye on the Facebook to get first look at our hot new arrivals!
Q: HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you're not happy with your purchase, for ANY reason, we understand! Sometimes things just don't work out.
Online customers get 14 days from date of invoice to return any unopened or unworn full priced items for a full refund, exchange or credit (excluding P&P costs, unless the item is faulty) on full priced items. Once the item has been received and processed by us, we will then refund the original payment method only.
We allow a further 7 days (total return time of 21 days) in which to exchange a product for a different size, style or a store credit
Q: CAN I PUT ITEMS ON DEPOSIT
You can do that directly with your card, by phone 0599133390 - or just Call Into Us whenever you're passing and we'll sort you out in person.
